Tried different AMD control panel settings and profiles. Added a power pro where I tweaked all settings to optimize performance and ignore battery life. Installed Vantage, tweaked all available settings. Tried to find a power management option in BIOS to stop underclocking. Updated all my drivers (including BIOS) through lenovo website. Whenever my laptop is plugged in, it works like charm no matter how many apps I have running, but once I unplug it, the CPU clock speed drops from 2.5~3.5 Ghz to 0.4~0.6 Ghz according to Task Manager -> Performance tab, and I can feel the very slow/sluggish performance, even i have a couple of chrome tabs open only (which should be considered a regular web browsing?) I mainly work on applications like Chrome & Firefox (with lots of tabs open), PhpStorm & Android Studio (top RAM consuming apps), and many others. I have a V330-15IKB i7-8550U, 12 GB RAM, AMD Radeon 530, a 256 SSD M.2 and a 1TB HDD drive, Running Windows 10 64-bit
